Hi all:

I'm starting a walking program after being rather lax for the last couple of years and was wondering what time of day do you walk? I know the mornings are
good for getting it out of the way and the afternoons are good for releaving stress, but I work 10 hour days and am having trouble picking a time. I have a
treadmill at home and usually walk on it, so weather and temperature are not an issue. So I'm looking for motivation! <img height="15"...

1. From what I have told you, do you think that I am on target?

stopped walking. I did finish my Master's Degree, but now the challenge is to get off my half dead behind and get back to it. I signed up for the
Melbourne & Beaches Music Half Marathon February 7th here in sunny FL. Now I have to go dig out my training stuff and start working my training plan. So

I volunteered to work an aid station along the Louisville, Kentucky Ironman Triathalon marathon course on August 30. My primary job before the race was set-up
and, once the race started, to hand out cups of water and ice. It was an interesting experience. The marathon course was a seven mile out-and-back stretch of
road that the participants did twice. That means that the runners and walkers passed by the aid station four times.
