			<title><![CDATA[ How much slower on LSD? ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ Roughly how many minutes or seconds per mile do you normally slow down on your LSD?  I seem to usually be about 2 minutes per mile slower, and that made me
think yesterday that maybe that was too much slower.  I know the point is not speed, but if you slow down too much, does it make a difference?  My goal pace is
about 14:30 to a max of 15:00 per mile at the half marathon.  Thanks for your thoughts!

I am just wondering if that is true for all of us?

I am trying to increase my distance endurance, while at the same time increase my speed in the longer distances.  My pace in my first marathon was 14:28, and
in my second 13:59.  I am shooting for a sub 6 hour marathon in November, so my pace needs to be sub 13:45.  My real goal is to finish around 5:45 which is a
13:10 pace.

Ok this is supposed to be downhill and is for the last 13 or so kms but can&#39;t make it&#39;s mind up at times in the first 10k. 25k is a peculiar distance -
not as hard as 20 miles of course - but just enough past a half marathon to be annoying.

this....leave in plenty of time to go to Ft. Walton Beach, stop at Party City, purchase my pirate hat, go to packet pickup, walk 3 miles before the race then
be prepared for a fun 5k. Just going out to have a good time, end up with a t-shirt and eat free pizza.
