My question is does anyone know how long orthotics are meant to last. I've had my current pair for 18 months and pretty much wear them every day with every
pair of shoes (save a few dress shoes that don't have anywhere to put them.)

I've debated for the past couple of months about how best to carry water. I am really picky about water and on our first walk (only 1/4 marathon) I tried
to drink the provided water and almost couldn't get it down. (It was our town's city water, never touch the stuff.) Therefore I think I better just
bring my own, plus I need something for training walks. Hydration has been a major problem.
